West Coast Protein Crystallography Workshop

Alicia and I just got back from the West Coast Protein Crystallography Workshop down in in Asilomar, CA. Close to home, but still a treat to visit! We heard a ton of great science--MicroED from Tamir Gonen, amazing science animations from Janet Iwasa, and a ChimeraX tutorial from Tom Goddard, plus Alicia took home a prize for her poster on the CRY1:CLOCK:BMAL1 complex. Thanks to organizers Chris Hill and Heidi Schubert for a lively meeting!
